Our policy lasts 90 days. If 90 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us using our Contact Form for assistance. Depending on your situation, a return may not always be necessary.

Returned items must be in new condition and include all original packaging and components.
Prior approval from Archiology is required before shipping returns back to our warehouse. Please make sure you get the correct return information from Archiology customer service team.
Returns must be postmarked within 90 days of purchase or within 7 days of receiving approval and a prepaid label from Archiology, whichever is later.Items should be carefully repackaged to prevent damage during return shipping.
Original shipping costs are nonrefundable.Our goal is to process returns smoothly. However, if a return is not shipped according to our guidelines or is received in poor condition, restocking fees may apply and the refund could be denied in full.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
